- Rates depend on the service, from everyday help around the home to registered nurse-led care.
- Rates depend on the time of day, with weekday rates lowest and higher rates after hours, on weekends and public holidays.
- Most services are GST-free. GST applies only to everyday living services, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
